Athlete Strength & Conditioning
Serious athletic performance starts in the weight room — and it starts with training that’s specific to your sport, your position, and your season.
Alex works with high school and collegiate athletes across baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, cross-country, track, and golf. Every athlete begins with a movement screen and assessment, followed by a detailed conversation with the athlete and parent to build a program that fits their sport and their schedule.

Golf Performance Training
Your swing starts with your body — and most golfers leave significant performance on the table because of mobility limitations, strength imbalances, and movement patterns that quietly undermine their game.
As a TPI Level 1 Certified coach, Alex trains golfers to move better, generate more power, and stay injury-free across every round and every season. Programs are built around the specific physical demands of your swing and your game.
