About Alex

For more than a decade, I’ve helped youth athletes and adults of all ages unlock their potential—whether that means performing at a higher level in their sport or simply feeling stronger, healthier, and more capable in everyday life.

My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone can train like an athlete. You don’t have to be on a field or court to benefit from the same principles of strength, mobility, and conditioning that fuel top performers. Training this way not only improves athletic performance but also builds confidence, resilience, and lifelong health.

As a mom of two daughters—both athletes themselves—I’ve seen firsthand the power of movement to build character and confidence. I love feeling strong and capable, and I bring that same passion into my coaching. I’m also committed to continuous learning, always seeking out the most effective, evidence-based methods to help my clients reach both their athletic and everyday goals.

Now that my kids are grown, I have more time to take on new clients—and I’d love to help you discover what’s possible. Whether you’re training for sport, for life, or simply for the joy of moving well, I can show you how to get there.

Over the years, I’ve invested in advanced certifications and hands-on training to make sure my clients get the very best in coaching:

Never having used a personal trainer before, I went in a little hesitant asking for help with multiple issues in building strength so I could continue running without pain. Alex does a fantastic job incorporating a plan that works with your schedule and fitness level always making you feel comfortable with your own personal abilities.

Alex worked with my 17 year old daughter for 3 months and in that time she has learned to make healthy eating choices. She is working out now and really enjoying it! She now understands the value of taking care of herself. Thank you Alex for working with her and making a difference in her life!

I started working out with Alex about a year ago after sustaining significant hamstring injury requiring prolonged rest and physical therapy. I was excited to find Alex who was very willing to work not only with my injury but also with my level of deconditioning after not being able to exercise for over a year. Alex’s workout regimens are always innovative, and she changes the routine every time to make exercising more fun and challenging. She pushes me to try my best, always in a non-judgmental way. She is very knowledgeable about health and nutrition, and we frequently discuss new developments and recommendations in both areas. My injury has continued to get better, and I have felt stronger and more energetic with every workout thanks to Alex’s expertise.

When I first started to workout with Alex, I thought I couldn’t do anything because of a hip injury (I had been running 10-12 miles a day 3-4 days per week prior to that). Because of the injury I was only working out my upper body and my core was weak. Now, thanks to Alex, I am working out my whole body even hips and legs again! She helped me a lot with my injury and now I feel strong all over. I really highly recommend her. It doesn’t matter if you are injured or not, Alex always finds the right exercises for everyone.
